Hi, I’m Emily
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist working at Good Days - Therapy & Training Centre, a group private practice in Toronto. My pronouns are she/her/hers.
My approach to therapy is warm and compassionate and centres on the principles of authentic connection, safety, and trust. My goal is to create space for the exploration and navigation of emotions and experiences, and to meet you with care and respect as you travel to where you want to be. My practice is trauma-informed, culturally humble, and 2SLGBTQIA+-affirming.
